Reward points are accrued when making a sale and paying for goods and services to a customer according to the pre-set conditions of a loyalty program.
If a customer has bonuses, they will have the opportunity to make a payment using them.
You can check the number of bonuses of each customer in the customer card (Statistics - Bonus account).
