Boost Your Income with Cross-Selling
Last modified:
Delivering excellent service is only half the battle—the real win is getting clients to come back. So, how do you make that happen? Through the power of cross-selling ! When one team member recommends another specialist's services to a customer, everyone wins.
With DIKIDI smart cross-selling turn into real income! 😉
📌 Example
During a haircut appointment, Amanda, a hairdresser, notices that her client may soon need a manicure. She politely suggests:
“We have an excellent nail tech, her name is Emily. She’s detail-oriented, our clients are always satisfied with her work. Would you like me to schedule an appointment for you?”
The client values Amanda’s advice. A few days later, she comes back to the salon for a manicure.
How Does Maria Earn More?
🔹 Amanda schedules the manicure appointment with Emily for her client using DIKIDI;
🔹 Her salary scheme is set with a 5% bonus on created appointments and “Don't consider appointments with yourself” option is enabled – meaning payment is made only for appointments assigned to other specialists in this project;
🔹 The manicure costs $30, so Amanda earns $1.50 from this booking!
Why Cross-Selling Work
✅ The client is happy – they get multiple services at one salon;
✅ Amanda gets a bonus for being proactive;
✅ Emily gains a new client;
✅ The salon increases both income and customer loyalty.
The key point is that the salon builds customer loyalty because now the client is getting not just one, but several services there.
