How can you motivate stylists to offer extra care to customers, inspire administrators to reach out to new customers, and help salon owners track business growth? 🤔

The secret is simple – a well-structured salary system 💸

In DIKIDI, you can do this in just a few clicks: set a percentage, a fixed payment, or a combination of both, add rewards and a guaranteed base salary. The system ensures precise calculations, keeping employees motivated to reach their goals 🚀

This article provides ready-made plans for stylists, administrators, and managers, complete with setup examples.

1️⃣ Specialist (manicurist, hairdresser, cosmetologist, massage therapist)

Goal: motivate staff to maintain quality and actively offer extra goods.

Example scheme:

  • 40% of provided services;
  • 5% of goods sold during their shift.

💡 Offering complementary goods is a great way to boost both the stylist’s earnings and the salon’s revenue.

2️⃣ Administrator

Goal: optimize salon operations and encourage new customer bookings.

Example scheme:

  • Fixed payment (per shift or hourly);
  • 5% of created appointments.

💡An administrator can add customer bookings only if they have access to the project and the required permissions.

3️⃣ Salon owner, Manager or Main Administrator

Goal: expand the salon’s turnover while supervising the team’s work.

Example scheme:

  • Fixed monthly payment;
  • 3% of total turnover (services and goods);
  • Reward for meeting targets.

💡 In DIKIDI, assigning a percentage of turnover motivates the manager to focus on growing the business.

It’s convenient to credit the fixed rate and rewards using the "Reward" function.

📌 Guaranteed Payment

This is used to guarantee a minimum salary for an employee. If their earnings under the percentage-based scheme fall below the specified amount, the system will automatically credit the difference.

How to enable:

  1. In the salary scheme, activate the "Guaranteed payment" toggle;
  2. Specify the minimum salary amount.

💡 Especially useful when onboarding new specialists or during low workload periods.

⚙️ To set up different salary schemes, go to "Control" → "Salary" → "Schemes".

A good payment scheme keeps the team motivated, leading to business growth 😉

The "Salary" feature is available in LITE, PRO, and VIP plans.
