Mass Messaging in DIKIDI Online and Branded App

Mass messaging is intended for sending messages to your Brand app (free of charge) and the general DIKIDI Online app (paid). Only those customers who are added to your contact list in DIKIDI Business can get into a messaging list.
Go to dikidi.net/business on your computer, go to Customers - Messaging, and click Create a sending list:
1. Come up with a name (it's visible only to you);
2. Write a text (it will be sent to customers via push notification in DIKIDI Online app/your Branded app);
3. Change the filter of receivers, if necessary;
4. After specifying all the information, click Save and Start.
Сurrent prices for one mass message can be viewed in the Messaging section.
