⚙️Setting Up Prepayment

⚠️ Important! To activate prepayment, you need to enable online booking and one of the payment methods (a bank card, acquiring).


1️⃣ Go to the “Settings” → “Online Booking” → “Booking Rules” section.

2️⃣ Set the prepayment amount by choosing a fixed sum or a percentage of the service cost.

3️⃣ Specify when the payment is made: immediately upon booking or as a delayed request that will be sent a few days before the visit.

4️⃣ Configure which services the prepayment will apply to, select the visit period, employees, and customers categories.

5️⃣ Click “Save”.
