Birthday Bonuses for Customers

Receiving gifts is always nice. But giving them — even better! 😌 With DIKIDI, you can do it automatically.

The DIKIDI Loyalty Program includes a feature for awarding customers bonuses for their birthday.

You can set up:

🔹 The number of gift bonuses;
🔹 How many days before the celebration to award them;
🔹 The limit on payment with bonuses;
🔹 The expiration period after which the bonuses will be canceled.

Set Up the “Birthday Greeting” Notification

Send an automatic birthday greeting to customers. And in this notification, you can also give them bonuses! 🎁

Mention the gift in the text using “Number of Bonuses”.  Please note — when sending a greeting with bonuses, the sending time depends on the Loyalty Program settings, not on the notification settings.

Enable “Birthday Greeting” in the Notifications section.

⚠️ NB! The greeting will only be sent to customers who have their birth date specified in their profile.

💡 To use the Bonus Program feature, you need an active PRO or VIP plan.
