Notification Sending Time

In DIKIDI, you can set up several types of notifications for clients:

  • Immediately after booking (if created by a staff member);
  • Immediately after online booking (if the client booked online);
  • Shortly before the appointment. More details here.

By default, standard templates are used for notifications:

  • Created by staff: "You are booked for (date) at (time). (Company name) (Phone number)."
  • Created by customer: "You booked an appointment for (date) at (time). (Company name)."
  • Shortly before the appointment: "(Company name) is expecting you on (date) at (time). (Phone number)."

If you'd like to change the text of the notifications, go to “Notifications” → “Templates”, or contact Support via chat.

⚠️ In order for notifications to be sent to clients, at least one sending channel must be active.
