How to set up a referral program in DIKIDI

A referral program is your loyalty tool in which clients help attract new visitors, share their experiences, and become ambassadors of your brand.
How to enable it
To enable the program, go to “Control” → “Referral Program” and click “Start”. The feature is available in the PRO and VIP plans.
Program setup
After entering the section, you will find yourself in “Referral Programs”. A basic program called “First Visit” is already created, but it is inactive by default.
To configure it:

Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the card and select "Edit";

Or click the program card itself.
In the settings you can change:
1️⃣ Program image
This is the promo image that clients will see in their personal account and in promotional materials. Make it noticeable and attractive.
2️⃣ Offer name
Preferably short and clear. For example: “First Visit”, “Invite a Friend”, “Discount for Referral”.
3️⃣ Reward for the referrer
Set:

The number of bonus points or the percentage the client will receive for a successful referral. Or disable rewards if they are not required;

The expiration period of the bonuses to motivate clients to use them. You may leave this parameter disabled.
4️⃣ Discount for the new client
Set the discount percentage that the invited client will receive on their first visit. You may disable this parameter if the program does not include discounts.
5️⃣ Program validity period
Set the program start date. If necessary, you can also set an end date — enable the switch and select the desired date.
After making changes, click “Save”.
To start the program, click “Launch” or select this option from the menu via the three dots in the upper right corner.
Referral program analytics
After launching the program, you will be able to monitor its performance in the corresponding section. A detailed description of all metrics can be found in the article “Referral Program Analytics”.
How clients can join the program
Referral programs are available to clients in “More” → “Referral Programs”:

If no company or professional has created a program, the client will see a message indicating that none are available;

If programs exist, the client will see all active offers from businesses they have already visited. Therefore, to participate, it is enough to visit the company or specialist at least once.
