How to Add a User to the Network


If you already have a network and need to grant access to employees, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Navigate to the "Users" section


Open your network. Go to “Settings” → “Users”. Click “Add User” in the top right corner.

2️⃣ Enter User Information


Specify these data in the pop-up window:

  • User Name

  • Phone Number

  • Access Type:

    • Creator – full access rights, except the ability to add or remove access with “Creator” rights, and cannot delete the network project.

    • View Only – the user can only view data without the ability to edit.

3️⃣ Confirm Addition


Click “Add”.

✅ Done! The new user has been added to the network user list.

How to Edit a User's Access in the Network


If you need to change an employee's access rights in the network, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the Edit Menu


Go to “Settings” → “Users”. Find the user you want to edit. Click on the three dots next to the user. Select “Edit”.

2️⃣ Update User Information


Enter the user's phone number whose access you want to change. Choose the access level you wish to assign – “Creator” or “View Only”. Click “Save”.

✅ Done! The user's access has been successfully updated.

How to Delete a User from the Network


If you need to remove an employee from the network, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Open the Menu


Open your network. Go to “Settings” → “Users”. Click on the three dots next to the user you want to delete. Select “Delete”.

2️⃣ Confirm Deletion


In the pop-up window, click “Yes” to confirm.

✅ Done! The user has been removed from the network.
