Accessing Cash Flow Analytics

In the “Analytics” → “Cash Flow” section, you can monitor all inflows and outflows across your network's branches. You can customize the report by selecting:

  • Analysis period and comparison period;

  • Currency for data display;

  • Specific branches.

Key Report Metrics

  • Opening Balance – total funds in accounts and cash at the beginning of the selected period;

  • Inflow – all operations increasing funds during the period;

  • Outflow – all operations decreasing funds during the period;

  • Closing Balance – total funds in accounts and cash at the end of the period.

Adjacent information displays data for the same period previously, with percentage values indicating changes.

Branch Breakdown


To view the closing balance for a specific branch, click the three dots next to the corresponding indicator.

Data Visualization

🔹 Cash Flow Bar Chart – displays daily inflows and outflows for the current period. You can switch to the balance tab (difference between inflows and outflows).

🔹  Payment Distribution Scale – shows the distribution and amount of payments processed through cash and accounts.

🔹  Inflow Pie Chart – illustrates sources of cash inflows (e.g., sales or prepayments). For more details, click "All revenue categories".

🔹  Outflow Pie Chart – shows where the outflowed funds were directed. Detailed information can be accessed via "All revenue categories".

🔹  Branch Inflow Bar Chart – displays the amount of inflows from each branch. For a detailed report, click “All Branches”.

🔹  Branch Outflow Bar Chart – shows the amounts of funds spent by each branch. For a detailed report, click “All Branches”.
