Accessing Sales Analytics


In the “Analytics” → “Sales” section, you can view sales analytics for your branch network. You can customize the report by selecting:

  • Analysis period and comparison period;

  • Currency for data display;

  • Specific branches or branch groups.

Key Report Metrics


🔹 Revenue – total sales amount for the selected period;

🔹 Cost – expenses on materials, goods, employee salaries;

🔹 Profit – net income calculated as revenue minus cost;

🔹 Number of Sales – total number of services and goods sold;

🔹 Average Receipt – average purchase amount.

The percentage next to the metrics indicates the dynamics compared to the comparison period.

Data Visualization

🔹Bar Chart of Network Revenue – displays daily revenue figures for the network during the current and previous periods.

🔹 Pie Charts – show the composition of key metrics:

Profitability is also calculated for profit:

Profitability = (Profit / Revenue) × 100%.

  • Revenue – services, materials, goods, certificates;

  • Cost – services, materials, goods (salaries, goods);

  • Profit – services, materials, goods, certificates.

Branch Breakdown


Revenue and profit graphs broken down by branches allow you to see each branch's contribution.

Click “More Details” to open an expanded report where all metrics are presented in a convenient format. You can download the report in CSV or XLSX format for further analysis by clicking the “Export” button in the upper right corner.
